Responsibility looks powerful from the outside, but pressure can hit from every direction, above, below and all around, and I’ve lived that reality myself.
My leadership journey in telecom and tech took me from call center agent to leading teams at the flagship Apple Retail store in Zürich, then driving 15% sales growth across 100+ retail stores, managing CHF 50M+ budgets, improving NPS and elevating team satisfaction up to 10-fold.
I’ve seen and learnt what truly transforms teams, clarity, culture, execution, coaching and care.
Beyond the boardroom, I built legacy as Smartzee, a hip-hop artist with a breakthrough platinum selling record in 2005 and a reinvention comeback with my album LEGACY in 2025.
On the pitch, as a youth football coach in Switzerland, I lead from the frontline, shaping discipline, resilience and team spirit in the next generation and as a father of three young kids, I also lead and guide where it matters most, at home.
